JournalFor some reason, the CPU keeps spiking/stuttering at random intervals. It's really quick, like it'll spike up to 80% for a split second then got back to below 20%, then spike back up again. It first started off so it didn't spike that often (maybe every min. or so), then it started getting progressively worse. It got so bad, my mouse would stutter, I couldn't play any audio, any program would take forever to start/close, and even restarting took ages. So, the first time this happened, I did a magical System restore. Bam, it worked after that. Then I noticed about 2 weeks ago..it started doing it again. I caught it early, and did another system restore, this time further back. Now I noticed that it's back AGAIN. It's not so bad that the computer's not functioning, but I'm really started to get annoyed, because I can't listen to any music or watch any videos, cause the stuttering has started. And the weird part? I watch the window processes and the CPU usage....noting out of the ordinary is running 8/
I've scanned my computer with AdAware, and previously with some other virus programs (can't remember what exactly...ADVsomethingorother and Panda Security..I think? *shrugs* ) They found NOTHING!
My computer doesn't need to be de-fragmented either. So what is the problem!?
Anyone have any solutions that doesn't require downloading program after program, or money? My battery recently kicked the bucket, so I have to somehow come up with 140$+ to replace it TT_TT
ARRAWRAWRAWR~~ THIS PISSES ME OFF TO NO END
